Bunker operations completely halted in Zhoushan
Bunker operations across Zhoushan have been completely suspended due to rough weather caused by Typhoon Champi, according to a source.

Earlier this week, bunker operations continued at the Xiushandong and inner Mazhi anchorages, while they were suspended at Zhoushan’s outer Tiaozhoumen and Xiazhimen anchorages.
All bunker operations have now been suspended, the source said, without confirming when they would resume.
Some suppliers in Zhoushan are now recommending lead times of around 13 days for VLSFO and around 11 days for HSFO.
Champi remains a super typhoon, but its maximum sustained winds near the centre have eased to 195 km/h, down from a peak of 250 km/h on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to the Hong Kong Observatory.
The typhoon is expected to move towards the seas east of Taiwan today and on Friday, the observatory said.
Champi was moving northwest at around 15 km/h as of 06.00 GMT today, Taiwan’s Central Weather Administration said.
Both agencies expect Champi to weaken as it moves into the East China Sea on Saturday. It is then expected to turn northeast and pass east of Zhoushan over the weekend, weakening into a tropical storm by Sunday.
