Bunker operations suspended in Zhoushan amid bad weather

Bunker operations at Zhoushan’s outer and inner anchorages have been suspended since Friday due to rough weather conditions, according to a source.

The port is currently facing strong winds of 21-25 knots and swells of up to one metre.

Weather conditions are forecast to worsen tomorrow, with winds of 24-37 knots and swells of more than one metre.

Operations are likely to fully resume on Wednesday, when calmer weather is expected.
