Bunkering remains affected by Typhoon Yagi in northern Vietnamese ports

Bunker deliveries in the northern Vietnamese ports of Quang Ninh and Hai Phong remain partially suspended owing to Typhoon Yagi’s aftermath, shipping agent Inchcape Shipping Services says.

Typhoon Yagi has now weakened into a tropical depression, but it has brought heavy rain to the northern region of Vietnam, according to the U.S. Joint Typhoon Warning Center.

Hai Phong port is set to resume normal operations tonight, enabling large vessels to dock without any delays. Meanwhile, Quang Ninh port will remain closed until further notice.
