Bunkering at the ports of Keelung, Taichung and Suao will be halted from 28-30 January, while Hualien port will remain closed from 28-31 January, according to state-owned oil company CPC Corporation.

Stems must generally be booked by 24 January, ahead of the holiday period, a source said.

However, bunkering services at Kaohsiung port will continue as usual during the holidays.

Currently, VLSFO and LSMGO supplies are stable in Hualien and Taichung, with lead times of about two days, consistent with the previous week. In Keelung, lead times of 2-3 days are advised. Lead times of around two days are required for VLSFO deliveries in Kaohsiung, but LSMGO deliveries could face delays due to ongoing barge maintenance since late December.
