Ceuta bunker barge resumes operations

The bunker barge SPABunker Cuarenta has resumed operations after being in dry dock since February 9.

The bunker barge SPABunker Cuarenta was undergoing a five-year inspection and was in dry dock till 1 March. The barge has resumed services this week, a source says.

In the past month, bunkers in Ceuta were offered via ex-pipe with a maximum draft limit of 9.5 metres.

Meanwhile, bunkering is progressing smoothly in Ceuta now. 11 vessels are due to arrive for bunkers in Ceuta today, up from eight yesterday, according to shipping agent Jose Salama & Co. Suppliers have not reported any delays today.
