China imported about 42.45 million mt (10.33 million b/d) of crude oil in November, down 10.43% from the previous month, JLC reported.
“Chinese refiners lowered their crude imports for November in view of dim domestic fuel demand,” JLC stated.
Chinese crude imports saw a 9.19% decrease on a year-on-year comparison.
The country imported a total of 515.65 million mt (11.27 million b/d) of crude oil in the first eleven months of the year, up 12.10% from the corresponding period in 2022.
