HyCC brings a range of hydrogen and clean fuel projects in key industrial hubs including Amsterdam, Delfzijl and Rotterdam.
Besides, its experience in hydrogen development will also support the advancement and execution of Power2X’s wider project pipeline.
Power2X is focused on developing next-generation clean fuels to help reduce emissions across various sectors, including shipping.
The transaction reflects a broader consolidation trend in the clean fuels sector.
