EPS orders two LNG dual-fuel container ships from China

Singapore-based shipping company Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS) has secured funding for two new LNG dual-fuel container ships, currently under construction at China’s Jiangsu New Times Shipbuilding.

The vessels will feature dual-fuel engines capable of running on both LNG and conventional marine fuels. Shanghai-based SPDB Financial Leasing is financing the project.

However, the company has not shared details, including the delivery timeline or deployment locations.
