Equinor to charter LNG dual-fuel VLCC from MOL

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) said its fourth LNG dual-fuel very large crude carrier (VLCC) will operate on a time charter to Norwegian energy firm Equinor.

The vessel, Tsurugidake, was recently named at the Dalian COSCO KHI Ship Engineering shipyard in China.

It will be the third of MOL's dual-fuel VLCCs to be chartered to Equinor.

It is equipped with an LNG fuel tank with a capacity of more than 10,000 cbm.
