First STS LNG bunkering operation completed in Poland’s Świnoujście

The port authority of Poland's Świnoujście port has announced the completion of its first ship-to-ship (STS) LNG bunkering operation.

German ferry operator TT-Line’s vessel Peter Pan received an unspecified amount of LNG at the port’s ferry terminal from the bunkering vessel Avenir Ascencion.

The LNG was supplied by ORLEN, with the bunkering vessel loading the fuel at the Świnoujście LNG Terminal. This is the first STS LNG bunkering both for the port and for Poland.
