Rotterdam and Singapore's December VLSFO crack has weakened by $0.70/bbl each, this morning.

Singapore's December-January VLSFO spread has narrowed from the highs of about $30/mt at the beginning of the week, to around $21/mt this morning amid news that the Kuwaiti Al Zour refinery is expected to be fully operational within the next couple of weeks.
