Singapore's December VLSFO crack has strengthened by $0.35/bbl and Rotterdam's VLSFO crack by $0.15/bbl this morning, to trade at $13.05/bbl and $2.65/bbl, respectively.

Singapore's December-January VLSFO spread has widened by $1/mt from yesterday's settlement level.
