The stems were delivered on 21 June through its LNG bunker vessel Coral Energy.
Liquefied biogas (LBG), also known as liquified biomethane or bio-LNG can help reduce vessel’s carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by up to 90% compared to conventional marine fuels on well-to wake basis, Gasum claims.
During combustion LBG emits only Co2 and water into the atmosphere, it adds.
