Gibraltar faces congestion as weather improves

Ships calling at Gibraltar for bunkers are facing increased queues as suppliers are working through backlogs caused by a weather-related suspension.

Traffic, which was suspended on the weekend due to rough winds related to Storm Claudia, has resumed.

Around 18 vessels were waiting for bunkers at the port on Tuesday morning, while most suppliers are running around a day behind schedule, according to port agent MH Bland.
