The quantity of LNG supplied and the type of vessel bunkered were not disclosed. The bunkering was done in collaboration with the Finnish LNG supplier Rohe Solution, which delivered LNG from the Hamina LNG terminal.
The Hamina LNG terminal, located in southeastern Finland at the port of Hamina, is jointly owned by Hamina Energy, the Estonian sustainable energy firm Alexela and the Finnish marine technology company Wärtsilä.
The terminal started commercial operations in October 2022.
