The 7,700 dwt tanker, Hercules Elisabeth, is designed for global operations and can transport and deliver all conventional bunker grades, as well as alternative fuels, including methanol and biofuels up to B100. The vessel was delivered in China.

HTM expects the remaining vessels in the series to be handed over at regular intervals through 2027.

The company has not disclosed further details, including the shipyard where the vessel was built, or its intended area of deployment.

HTM operates a global fleet of around 57 bunker tankers, according to its website.

In November, it launched the first vessel in the series, HTM Harriet.
