The tanker Harriet was delivered in October. It will be time-chartered to bunker supplier Peninsula, which has the same management as Hercules.
It is currently sailing from South-East Asia with a cargo of B100 on board, the company said. It is not immediately clear where the vessel is headed or which location it would operate in.
It is the first of 10 such 7,700 dwt diesel-electric propulsion vessels. The second tanker will be delivered in November, and the rest will be delivered every two months going into 2027.
