LNG Bunker Snapshot: LNG prices hold steady across Rotterdam and Singapore

November 17, 2025

Rotterdam and Singapore’s LNG bunker prices have been rangebound amid stable underlying gas prices.

Weekly changes in LNG bunker prices:

  • Rotterdam up by $4/mt to $684/mt
  • Singapore down by $2/mt at $674/mt

Rotterdam

Rotterdam’s LNG bunker price has not changed much in the past week, reflecting a steady front-month Dutch TTF Natural Gas contract.

The EU's underground gas storage level stood at 82.1% on 14 November, down from 82.7% the week before and 10.9% lower than a year earlier, according to Gas Infrastructure Europe.

Even if less gas is stored in the EU now than a year ago, it “poses no threat to energy security due to ample supply,” said Daniel Hynes, senior commodity strategist at ANZ Bank.

Rotterdam's LNG bunker premium has gained $0.06/MMBtu ($3/mt) on the week, to $2.52/MMBtu ($131/mt).

Singapore

Singapore’s LNG bunker price has held roughly flat for a second week, reflecting a steady front-month NYMEX Japan/Korea Marker (JKM), the main benchmark for Asian LNG bunker prices.

“Despite forecasts of falling temperatures, no additional procurement demand was seen,” said JOGMEC.

“North Asia LNG prices were steady as recent losses enticed buyers into the spot market,” said ANZ Bank’s Daniel Hynes.

Singapore's LNG bunker premium has dropped by $0.03/MMBtu ($2/mt) on the week, to $1.84/MMBtu ($96/mt).

Singapore’s LNG bunker price discount to Rotterdam has widened from $4/mt to $10/mt.
