Maran Tankers takes delivery of fourth LNG dual-fuel tanker

Maran Tankers Management (MTM), a unit of Greek shipping company Angelicoussis Group, has taken delivery of the fourth of eight LNG dual-fuel oil tankers being built by China’s New Times Shipbuilding.

The 156,000-dwt tanker, Maran Myrsini, can run on both LNG and conventional marine fuels and will sail under the Greek flag.

MTM has not disclosed further details about the vessel, including its intended deployment.

The company took delivery of the third tanker in the series, Maran Menelaus, in July.
