Molgas and Titan will be integrated into a single new entity, the statement said.
Titan offers both LNG and mass-balanced LBM across major European ports.
It owns two 1,500-cbm LNG bunkering barges serving the ARA region and delivers larger stems via two 12,000-cbm vessels and two additional chartered bunker tankers covering Western Europe and Mediterranean ports.
It also conducts truck-to-ship bunkering in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, and the UK, according to its website.
Molgas currently delivers LNG and LBM by ship in Norway and Scandinavia and by truck across multiple European ports, including some in France and Spain.
“Titan’s LNG bunkering operations will merge with Molgas’ existing operations in Norway and all truck-to-ship supply across Norway and continental Europe will now be combined,” the statement said.
The integration will give the new entity access to seven LNG bunkering vessels and other assets managed by Titan.
“Together, we will scale our clean fuel solutions for the maritime sector at a time of accelerating demand and regulatory tail winds,” Niels den Nijs, chief executive of Titan said, adding that the integration will help “deliver economical fuel at scale to help decarbonize shipping.”
