MPA to revoke Hai Yin Marine’s bunker licences

The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has announced that it will not renew the bunker supplier and bunker craft operator licences for bunker supplier Hai Yin Marine.

The licences will expire on 17 June 2025.

An MPA spokesperson told ENGINE that the decision was made due to "breaches of MPA's licensing terms and conditions," though no further details were provided.

As of 1 May, there are 40 licensed bunker suppliers in Singapore, including Hai Yin Marine, according to MPA data.
