The updated agreement extends their joint work on ammonia dual-fuel vessel technologies, ongoing biofuel trials, and other low-carbon initiatives. The two companies will also deepen cooperation on improving safety standards for transporting a wide range of dry bulk cargoes.

Their goal is to push the dry bulk sector toward cleaner operations while strengthening safety practices. The original partnership began in 2022.
