Shell LNG’s chartered bunker vessel, Green Zeebrugge, delivered an undisclosed amount of fossil LNG to Hong Kong-based shipping company Anji Shipping’s pure car and truck carrier (PCTC), SAIC Anji Sincerity.
This operation expands Shell’s “global marine LNG fueling network to 20 locations across 12 countries,” Shell Trading’s global head of downstream LNG Tahir Faruqui says.
Anji Shipping is a subsidiary of Chinese state-owned car maker Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC).
