Tropical storm Filipo hit the central coast of Mozambique earlier today, bringing strong wind gusts, heavy rainfall and waves to the region. The storm is projected to move southeast.
Maputo, situated in the southern part of the country, is forecast to experience wind gusts of 38-40 knots tomorrow, potentially impacting barge deliveries in the port.
Availability of VLSFO and LSMGO grades is good in Maputo, the source adds. The port is currently witnessing average demand.
