The MTS Havana, a 6,400 mt-capacity bunker barge, is equipped with a bunker boom and a mass flow meter (MFM). MFMs are specialised devices fitted on barges to ensure precise and transparent measurement during fuel transfer, while the bunker boom is a crane-like structure used to handle fuel hoses during bunkering operations.

The vessel will operate in the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) hub and the Rhine region. However, the company has not disclosed which fuel grades the vessel will supply.

The MTS Havana is owned by shipping company Petro Shipping.

Victrol operates a fleet of 35 barges, according to its website.
