TFG Marine-owned Vilma Oil Med has already been supplying HSFO and VLSFO in Ceuta.

The firm has also taken delivery of a new IMO Type II chemical tanker that will allow it to supply biofuel blends up to B100 (100% biofuel) at the port, TFG Marine said in a social media post.

TFG Marine said the expansion bolsters its presence in the Strait of Gibraltar, which it described as a “strategically important hub.”

Vilma Oil Med currently carries out ex-pipe deliveries around the Port of Madrid, while barge deliveries are used for conventional fuels and biofuel blends up to B30 across the wider West Mediterranean region, according to its website.
