The B24 blend consisted of 24% biofuel and 76% conventional marine fuel, likely Very Low Sulfur Fuel Oil (VLSFO). The company did not reveal the bio-feedstock used for the blend or any details about the bunkering operation, such as the vessel involved or the delivery method.

Previously, in November, Arkas supplied an unspecified quantity of the B24 biofuel blend to Yang Ming’s YM Inventive.
