Atlas Maritime takes delivery of new LNG dual-fuel vessel

Athens-headquartered shipping company Atlas Maritime has taken delivery of Clean Star, a new LNG dual-fuel pure car and truck carrier (PCTC).

The vessel, built at CIMC Raffles in China, can operate on both LNG and conventional marine fuels.

Atlas Maritime said Clean Star has secured a two-year time charter, but did not disclose the charterer's identity or where the vessel will be deployed.
