ARA

Rotterdam’s B30-VLSFO (POMEME) price has dropped by $17/mt while Antwerp’s B30-VLSFO (UCOME) price has gained $6/mt in the past week.

B30-VLSFO is now priced $136/mt higher in Amsterdam than in Rotterdam, widening from a $113/mt premium.

Prima Markets-assessed POMEME and UCOME barge prices have both slipped $38/mt lower.

Rotterdam’s B30-VLSFO price is rebated by suppliers who can generate ZRE A tickets from advanced biofuel bunker sales. These subsidies are absent in Antwerp.

ZRE A ticket prices have remained unchanged at €138/mtCO2e since last week.

Rotterdam’s B30-LSMGO price has gained $27/mt over the week, while the Dutch port’s conventional LSMGO price has slipped $29/mt lower. B30-LSMGO's price premium over pure LSMGO has almost doubled to $111/mt.

Mediterranean

Gibraltar’s B30-VLSFO (UCOME) price has remained steady. Lead times of 7-10 days is recommended for getting biofuel deliveries in both the ARA and the Gibraltar Strait, a trader said.

Gibraltar has faced weather-related bunker disruptions recently. While operations have now normalised, a backlog of supplies is causing heavy congestion at the port, port agent MH Bland said. Most suppliers are delayed by around 1-2 days.

More rough weather is forecast in the last week of the month, which could cause more disruptions.

Singapore

Singapore’s B30-VLSFO (UCOME) price has slumped $61/mt lower - the most among major bunkering hubs.

Several suppliers are still pausing new bio-bunker offers as they are focusing on selling conventional VLSFO at high price premiums, a trader said.

Singapore's pure VLSFO price has fallen by around $107/mt in the last week, but is still high at around $890/mt.

Singapore’s B30-VLSFO premium over pure VLSFO has increased by around $46/mt in the last week.
