CCEC-CMA CGM joint venture orders LNG bunker vessel
Greek shipping firm Capital Clean Energy Carriers (CCEC) and French shipping firm CMA CGM have ordered a 20,000-cbm dual-fuel LNG bunkering vessel through a new joint venture.

“The joint venture marks CCEC’s entry into the LNG bunkering segment, the company’s first vessel dedicated to marine fuel supply,” the firm said.
The vessel will be built by China's Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering and is to be delivered in the third quarter of 2028.
The vessel is expected to be chartered for 12 years by a joint venture between CMA CGM and TotalEnergies, with the time charter commencing upon delivery from the shipyard.
