The 11,125-cbm (around 5,000 mt) stem was supplied by the LNG bunker vessel Gas Agility, marking the first time CMA CGM Notre Dame had been bunkered with LBM, the container line said.
The delivery adds to the supplier's bunker activity across the ARA region, France and Singapore. Its portfolio includes VLSFO, marine gasoil, biofuel blends and LNG, while it has also completed 100% biofuel bunker deliveries in Singapore.
Separately, CMA CGM and TotalEnergies plan to deploy a 20,000-cbm LNG bunker vessel in the ARA region from 2028.
Under the agreement, the energy company is expected to supply around 360,000 mt/year of LNG to CMA CGM between 2028 to 2040, to support the French liner's planned fleet of 123 dual-fuel vessels.
