FIS: Fuel Oil Daily Evening Report

The East-West HSFO spread surged to a daily high of $23.75/mt, up from yesterday’s $21.75/mt settlement. The widening of the spread could further encourage more arbitrage cargo flows from Europe to Asia.
Rotterdam’s HSFO crack printed -$22.95/bbl as we approached the UK close.
