FIS: Fuel Oil Daily Evening Report

Despite volatility in Brent values, all cracks traded fairly flat as we approached the UK close:
- Singapore VLSFO crack: $7.50/bbl (+$0.20/bbl)
- Rotterdam VLSFO crack: $0.75/bbl (-$0.05/bbl)
- Rotterdam HSFO barge crack: -$18.50/bbl (+$0.20/bbl)
