The East-West July HSFO spread has further narrowed today, to print -$16/mt as we approach the UK close. This means that HSFO in the East is $16/mt cheaper than in the West.
High inflows of HSFO cargoes in Singapore and fewer transshipments to China has added downward price pressure on HSFO in Singapore.
