FIS: Fuel Oil Daily Morning Report

Despite stronger crude, Rotterdam’s HSFO barge crack is strengthening this morning, trading last at -$24.80/bbl, which is up $0.35/bbl from Friday.
Singapore’s front-month VLSFO crack, which has plummeted almost 55% over the past two months, is trading around the $4.35/bbl level.
