Brent futures gained last night, after Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak announced that Russia will cut its oil production by 500,000 b/d in March.
Rotterdam’s HSFO barge crack fell by $0.50/bbl this morning, trading last at -$23.25/bbl.
