FIS: Fuel Oil Daily Morning Report

Rotterdam and Singapore's HSFO and VLSFO cracks have been roughly flat with yesterday's levels this morning.

The East-West HSFO spread has widened by $0.25/mt, trading last at $14.50/mt.
