FIS: Fuel Oil Daily Morning Report

Rotterdam and Singapore's fuel oil cracks have yet to trade this morning. We peg Singapore’s VLSFO crack at $6.25/bbl, and Rotterdam's HSFO crack at -$15.75/bbl.

Trading activity is more muted today while China observes the Qingming Festival holiday.
