FIS: Fuel Oil Daily Morning Report 22 Aug 2023

VLSFO cracks have weakened this morning. Singapore’s September crack is down by $0.45/bbl from yesterday’s settlement to $12.10/bbl. Rotterdam’s October crack is down by $0.20/bbl to $3.75/bbl.
The front-month East-West HSFO spread has not moved on the day and is still trading at $7.00/mt, which is up from negative territory a week ago.
