HHLA container terminal in Port of Hamburg suspends Russian services

German terminal operator, Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) terminals in Port of Hamburg will no longer handle containers that either come from or go to Russia.

In line with the sanctions imposed by the European Union on Russia, HHLA terminals will not handle containers that are either going or coming from Russia, says HHLA.

Additionally, this will be applicable for Russian cargo transported by rail, barge, or truck.
