ADP Clear says more than 350 bunker stems have been supplied across three ports using its digital bunkering platform for physical deliveries called Advance Delivery Platform (ADP).

Digitalising the bunkering process has saved nearly 1,000 hours of operational time and made stem quantities more precise, claims ADP Clear, which was incorporated last year in Singapore by bunker supplier Minerva Bunkering and technology firm Rise-x.io.

ADP Clear will work closely with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).

"The digitalisation of the bunker delivery and documentation process is estimated to save the industry over 39,000 man-days annually and provide more transparency over the supply chain of marine fuels,” says MPA’s industry assistant chief executive Kenneth Lim.
