Russian oil supplies to India and China surged in 2023 — Novak

Russia’s oil and petroleum products export to China accounted for 45-50% of total Russian supplies in 2023, Novak said according to state-owned media agency TASS.

Novak also pointed out that Russia's total share of crude oil and oil products exported to India has risen to 40% this year, while there were almost no exports to India before 2022.
