Chinese traders bought the Singapore HSFO March contract aggressively during the arbitrage window today.

VLSFO cracks traded higher this morning, before closing almost net flat with their previous settlements. As we approach the UK close, Singapore and Rotterdam’s VLSFO cracks are trading at $7.05/bbl and $1.10/bbl, respectively.
