FIS: Fuel Oil Daily Morning Report

A national holiday in Singapore drew some liquidity out of the fuel oil market today.

However, Singapore and Rotterdam’s September VLSFO cracks have strengthened by $0.20/bbl each, printing $11/bbl and $4/bbl, respectively.
